When processing photographs or other materials supplied by business clients on their instructions, ALRIONI may act as a data processor, depending on the circumstances and the applicable agreement. In these cases, the client may remain responsible for determining the purposes and lawful basis of the processing.

In this Privacy Policy, “ALRIONI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ALRIONI LLC.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to operate our website, communicate with clients and provide our services.

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information: Information required to create and manage a client account, where this functionality is available.
  • Billing information: Billing name, business details, invoice address, transaction references and payment records.
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, revision requests and other correspondence related to our services.

Photographs may contain images or information relating to identifiable individuals, including clients, models, wedding guests or children.

Information collected automatically:

When you access our website, certain technical information may be processed, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • browser, device and operating system information;
  • pages accessed, dates and times of visits;
  • security and diagnostic information;
  • cookies and similar technologies used by the website.

Where optional analytics or marketing technologies are enabled, additional information may be collected in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific agreed service and there is an appropriate legal basis for processing it.

3. How we use your information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries and requests for quotations.
  • To assess eligibility for complimentary editing tests.
  • To prepare proposals, confirm project requirements and manage orders.
  • To perform photo retouching and post-production services.

We do not use personal information for purposes incompatible with those described in this Policy without an appropriate legal basis or further notice.

4. Your photographs and project files

We understand that photographs may contain private, personal or commercially sensitive information.

ALRIONI treats all client-submitted photographs, source files and project materials as confidential.

How we handle your files:

  • We access and process photographs only to perform the agreed services, manage necessary revisions and fulfil related obligations.
  • Access is limited to authorised personnel, retouchers and service providers who require the files for the specific project.
  • Retouchers and contractors are expected to comply with confidentiality and applicable data protection obligations.
  • We do not publish, display, distribute, license or use client photographs in advertising, social media or our public portfolio without separate permission from the person or organisation authorised to grant it.
  • We use access-controlled methods to receive, store, process and deliver project files.
  • We retain and delete project materials in accordance with Section 8 and any applicable contractual arrangements.

Clients submitting photographs must have the necessary rights and lawful authority to provide those materials for processing, including where the photographs contain personal information relating to other individuals.

Where ALRIONI acts as a processor, it processes personal data on the client's documented instructions and under the applicable data processing agreement.

We do not claim ownership of copyright in client-supplied photographs merely because we perform retouching or post-production services.

5. Consent and legal bases

We process personal information only where an appropriate legal basis exists under applicable data protection law.

Depending on the purpose and circumstances, we may rely on:

Performance of a contract: Where processing is necessary to provide requested services, fulfil an order or take steps requested before entering into an agreement.

Legal obligations: Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable tax, accounting, regulatory or other legal requirements.

Legitimate interests: Where necessary for reasonable business purposes, such as responding to professional enquiries, securing our systems, preventing fraud, managing customer relationships or protecting legal rights, provided these interests are not overridden by applicable individual rights.

Consent: Where required for optional marketing communications, non-essential cookies or other specific processing activities.

When processing personal information on behalf of a business client, we may rely on the client's lawful instructions and the applicable processing agreement. The client is responsible for establishing an appropriate legal basis for processing personal data under its control.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal or processing permitted on another legal basis.

The legal bases described above apply where recognised by the relevant law, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU or UK GDPR.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose limited information to trusted third parties where necessary to provide our services, operate our business or comply with legal obligations.

These parties may include:

  • Professional retouchers and contractors: Individuals engaged to perform editing, quality control and related project work.
  • Website service providers: Platforms supporting website hosting, forms and technical functionality, including Tilda Publishing.
  • Cloud storage and file-delivery providers: Services used to securely receive, store, process and deliver project files.
  • Customer relationship management and communication providers: Services supporting client enquiries, order administration, email and customer support.
  • Banks and payment service providers: Financial institutions and processors facilitating payments, refunds and transaction verification.
  • Accounting, legal and professional advisers: Providers assisting with statutory obligations and legitimate business administration.
  • Analytics providers: Where analytics services are enabled and their use complies with applicable privacy and consent requirements.

Service providers and contractors are granted access only to information reasonably necessary for their assigned responsibilities and are subject to applicable confidentiality, security and data protection requirements.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a lawful regulatory request, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Where your information is stored

ALRIONI LLC is registered in Georgia and provides digital services to clients internationally.

Our website, cloud storage, communication systems and business software may be hosted or operated in different countries. Accordingly, personal information and project files may be processed outside Georgia or the country in which the client or photographed individual is located.

Authorised contractors may also access project files remotely from different countries where necessary to perform the agreed services.

International processing and transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements. Where required, we implement appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards and use a legally permitted transfer mechanism.

For personal data subject to the EU or UK GDPR, transfers to countries outside the relevant protected area are handled in accordance with the applicable international transfer requirements.

For transfers governed by Georgian law, we apply the relevant requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

You may contact us for further information about the countries involved in processing your information and the safeguards applicable to a specific transfer.

8. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to contractual requirements and applicable law.

Photographs and working files: Normally retained for up to 30 days after final project delivery to support reasonable revisions and resolve delivery issues. Files may be retained longer where a separate storage arrangement is agreed, a dispute remains unresolved or applicable law requires retention.

Enquiries and project correspondence: Retained while an enquiry or client relationship is active and for a reasonable subsequent period necessary for follow-up, customer service, business administration or the handling of legal claims.

Client and order records: Retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for any additional period reasonably necessary to document services, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

Invoices, financial and tax records: Retained for the periods required by applicable Georgian accounting, tax and other relevant laws.

Website technical and security records: Retained for periods appropriate to their security, diagnostic and operational purposes.

Marketing preferences: Retained while needed to respect your communication choices, including records necessary to honour an unsubscribe request.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it. Residual backup copies may remain temporarily until the applicable backup retention cycle ends.

Where ALRIONI acts as a processor, the return or deletion of personal data is also governed by the relevant client agreement and lawful instructions.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information and client project files against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure and other unlawful processing.

These measures may include:

  • Restricted access to project files and client records.
  • Individual user accounts and access permissions.
  • Password protection and multi-factor authentication where supported.
  • HTTPS encryption for information transmitted through our website.
  • Secure file-sharing and storage arrangements.
  • Confidentiality requirements for employees and contractors.
  • Access reviews and reasonable security monitoring.

No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess its potential impact and provide notifications to affected parties and relevant authorities when required by applicable law.

We recommend that clients share project materials only through agreed delivery channels rather than unsecured public links.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to the processing of your information, you may have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process personal information about you.
  • Request access to personal information and obtain a copy.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of personal information where legally applicable.
  • Request restriction or suspension of certain processing activities.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Request transfer of your information in a portable format where the law provides for it.
  • Request information concerning applicable international data transfers.
  • Challenge certain decisions based solely on automated processing, where relevant.

To exercise your rights, contact hello@alrionistudio.com.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before responding.

We will handle requests within the time limits prescribed by applicable law and explain any lawful restrictions that apply.

If your request concerns photographs supplied by one of our business clients, that client may be the data controller. In such cases, we may refer your request to the relevant client or assist the client in responding, as appropriate.

Georgia: You may have the right to complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, the authority responsible for supervision of personal data protection, or seek judicial protection in accordance with applicable law.

European Union and United Kingdom: Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, you may have additional rights and may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

United States and other jurisdictions: Additional statutory privacy rights may apply depending on your place of residence and the scope of the relevant law.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for adult clients, businesses and professional users. They are not directed at children.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children through our website.

Photographs supplied by clients may contain images of children, including family portraits, weddings and other events. We process such images only for the legitimate purposes of the agreed project and subject to the applicable contractual and data protection requirements.

Clients must ensure that they have the necessary rights and lawful authority to submit photographs containing children's personal information for processing.

If you believe personal information relating to a child has been provided to us unlawfully, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technical systems, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.

Where changes materially affect how personal information is processed, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

We encourage visitors and clients to review this Policy periodically.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ALRIONI Studio website and the professional photo retouching and post-production services provided by ALRIONI LLC. Please read them before placing an order. By accepting a quotation or confirming an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

In short
  • We confirm the scope, price and delivery schedule before starting a paid order.
  • Payment is normally required before production begins, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
  • Wedding projects normally have a standard delivery period of up to 21 calendar days. Priority delivery may be available at an additional charge.
  • One round of reasonable revisions within the original brief is included.
  • You retain your rights to the original photographs. We never publish client images without separate permission.
  • Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the work completed, agreed conditions and applicable law.
  • Please retain your own copies of original photographs and project files.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("Client", "you" or "your") and ALRIONI LLC ("ALRIONI", "we", "us" or "our"), operating under the commercial name ALRIONI Studio.

Legal entity: ALRIONI LLC

Identification Number: 445870781

Country of registration: Georgia

Registered address: 186 Airport Highway, 7th Floor, Apartment 33, Batumi, Adjara, Georgia

Website: https://alrioni.studio

ALRIONI provides professional digital photo retouching and post-production services to photographers, businesses, brands and creative professionals internationally.

If you place an order on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into an agreement on its behalf.

Our services are primarily intended for professional and commercial use. Where a Client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection rights take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

An individual quotation, written order confirmation or separately signed agreement may establish additional or different conditions for a specific project. Where expressly agreed, those specific conditions take precedence over these Terms for that project.

2. Our services

ALRIONI provides professional photo retouching, image editing and digital post-production services. Our main service categories include:

  • Wedding & Event Photography: Colour correction, consistent gallery editing, natural retouching and detailed finishing of selected photographs.
  • E-commerce: Product image retouching, background cleanup, colour consistency and preparation of images for commercial use.
  • Beauty & Editorial: Portrait, skin, fashion and editorial retouching, including detailed image refinement.
  • Creators: Photography and image editing services for content creators, personal brands and digital professionals.

The precise scope of work is established for each order through a written quotation, order confirmation or agreed project brief. Depending on the selected package, services may include colour and exposure adjustments, cropping, skin refinement, local corrections, background cleanup, object removal and other post-production work.

Complex compositing, substantial image reconstruction, advanced manipulation and requirements outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

We may use qualified contractors and professional retouchers to perform parts of an order while remaining responsible for delivering the agreed services.

3. Free test

New prospective clients may request a complimentary retouching test of up to three photographs.

Free tests are subject to review and approval by ALRIONI. We may consider the project's suitability, technical requirements, expected volume and available production capacity. To request a test, the Client must provide suitable source files, relevant editing instructions and any necessary reference images.

We will communicate the expected delivery time after accepting a test request. No specific turnaround is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

A free test:

  • Is limited to the number of images approved by ALRIONI.
  • Is intended to demonstrate our editing approach and assess project compatibility.
  • Does not create an obligation to purchase further services.
  • Does not guarantee acceptance of a subsequent paid project.
  • Remains subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property provisions of these Terms.

ALRIONI may decline or limit complimentary test requests at its reasonable discretion.

4. Quotes, orders and payment

Prices displayed on our website provide information about available packages and volume-based rates. The final price is determined by the selected service, number of photographs, editing complexity, delivery requirements and any agreed additional services.

Before starting a paid order, we provide confirmation of the following:

  • The selected service or retouching package.
  • The number of photographs or agreed project volume.
  • The price per photograph or total project price.
  • The applicable currency and taxes, if any.
  • The agreed delivery schedule.
  • Any additional charges or special requirements.

An order becomes binding only when ALRIONI accepts it in writing and the Client confirms the agreed commercial terms. Submitting an enquiry or uploading files does not automatically constitute acceptance of a paid order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in full before production begins. For approved regular business clients, ALRIONI may offer different payment arrangements, including invoicing after delivery. Any payment deadline must be confirmed in writing.

Payments may be made using payment methods made available and approved by ALRIONI, including bank transfer or authorised payment service providers.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the order confirmation. Applicable taxes and additional charges, where required, will be disclosed before the Client confirms the order. Fees charged by the Client's own bank or payment provider are the Client's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Volume discounts, partnership rates, special pricing arrangements and any one-time access fees apply only when expressly confirmed and accepted by the Client. ALRIONI does not introduce additional charges for an existing confirmed scope without the Client's agreement.

5. Turnaround and delivery

Delivery times depend on the type of service, number of photographs, editing complexity and production capacity.

For standard Wedding Studio projects, the normal delivery period is up to 21 calendar days, unless a different deadline is confirmed in writing.

Priority delivery may be offered for eligible projects within up to 3 business days, subject to prior confirmation of production capacity and an additional charge of 20% of the agreed order price.

Delivery periods for other service categories are confirmed individually before the order is accepted.

The agreed production period begins after all of the following conditions have been satisfied:

  • ALRIONI has accepted the order.
  • The complete and usable source files have been received.
  • The Client has provided a sufficiently clear brief and necessary references.
  • Required payment has been received, unless different payment terms apply.
  • Any other essential project conditions have been confirmed.

If necessary files, instructions or approvals are delayed, the delivery schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

Completed photographs are delivered electronically in the agreed file formats through a designated file-sharing service, private delivery link or other approved channel. Unless expressly included in the order, layered working files, internal project files, editing presets and proprietary production materials are not part of the final deliverables.

If a delay becomes reasonably foreseeable, we will notify the Client and explain the circumstances, expected impact and proposed solution. Any change to an agreed delivery deadline will be handled in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Statutory remedies for unjustified delay are not excluded by these Terms.

6. Revisions

One round of reasonable revisions within the original approved project brief is included in the price of each paid order, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Revisions may include adjustments to colour, exposure, skin retouching, local corrections and other elements covered by the selected package. Clients should submit revision requests within 14 calendar days after delivery, preferably as one consolidated set of comments.

To help us process revisions efficiently, requests should identify the relevant photographs and describe the changes required.

Additional fees may apply when a request involves:

  • A substantial change in the originally approved editing style.
  • New creative instructions that were not included in the agreed brief.
  • Additional photographs or deliverables.
  • Complex manipulation outside the selected service package.
  • Additional revision rounds requested after completion of the agreed revisions.

Any additional charges must be communicated and approved before the extra work begins. If delivered work does not conform to the agreed scope or requirements, ALRIONI will review and address the issue as appropriate, without charging for corrections that it is legally or contractually obliged to provide.

The 14-day submission period does not limit non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

7. Your photographs and rights

Clients retain their pre-existing intellectual property rights in photographs and materials submitted to ALRIONI.

By providing photographs and related materials, the Client grants ALRIONI a limited right to access, reproduce, modify and otherwise process those materials solely as necessary to perform the agreed services, provide revisions and fulfil related contractual and legal obligations.

The Client confirms that they own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permissions to authorise the requested editing and processing. Where submitted images contain identifiable individuals, the Client is responsible for ensuring that the disclosure and processing of those images are lawful, including obtaining consent or another lawful basis where required.

ALRIONI does not acquire ownership of the original photographs simply by performing retouching services.

Upon full payment, the Client may use the completed edited photographs for the purposes permitted by their underlying rights in the original images and the agreed project. To the extent that ALRIONI owns any transferable intellectual property rights in the commissioned editing deliverables, ALRIONI transfers those rights to the Client upon full payment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not transfer ownership of ALRIONI's pre-existing tools, techniques, software, presets, workflows or proprietary materials.

ALRIONI will not publish, display, license or use Client photographs or before-and-after examples in its portfolio, advertising, social media or other public materials without separate authorisation.

Project files are treated as confidential and are accessed only by authorised persons who need them to perform the agreed services.

8. Content we do not work with

ALRIONI reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue projects involving unlawful, unauthorised or clearly inappropriate material. This includes, without limitation:

  • Images obtained or submitted without the necessary legal rights.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse material involving minors.
  • Requests involving unlawful exploitation of personal information.
  • Forged identification documents or deceptive manipulation intended to facilitate fraud.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
  • Other material that we reasonably believe would make the requested work unlawful.

If a project is refused before production begins, payments received for that project will normally be refunded. If unlawful content or material breaches of these Terms are discovered after production begins, ALRIONI may stop the work and assess any refund based on work lawfully completed, reasonable documented costs and applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right to a refund or other remedy.

9. Cancellations and refunds

We aim to handle cancellations and refund requests transparently and fairly.

Before production begins. If the Client cancels a paid order before work has started, the Client will normally receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order. Any exception involving an expressly agreed, non-refundable third-party expense or separately delivered service must be disclosed and accepted in advance and must be lawful.

After production has started. For business-to-business orders, if the Client cancels after production has started, ALRIONI may retain a reasonable amount corresponding to services actually performed and any previously agreed, unavoidable project-specific expenses. The remaining prepaid amount will be refunded. Where requested, we will provide a reasonable breakdown of completed work and applicable charges.

If ALRIONI cannot complete an order. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a revised delivery arrangement, correction, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. The Client will not be charged for services that ALRIONI has not performed, except where a lawful and expressly agreed arrangement provides otherwise.

If the Client is dissatisfied. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements, the Client should contact us with specific details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrections, replacement work, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Consumer cancellation rights. Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies, the Client retains the cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights provided by that legislation. For example, under applicable Georgian law, certain consumers entering into distance service contracts may have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded, subject to statutory exceptions.

Where the Client requests that services begin during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, ALRIONI will obtain any express request and acknowledgement required by law. If the Client lawfully withdraws after such work has begun, the amount payable for services already performed, if any, will be determined under applicable law. Where a service has been fully performed with the required prior request and acknowledgement, statutory exceptions to withdrawal may apply.

Refund procedure. To request cancellation or a refund, please contact hello@alrionistudio.com and provide the order reference and reason for your request. Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method where available and appropriate, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Any applicable statutory refund deadline will be respected. Otherwise, we will process agreed refunds within a reasonable period after confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Your files and backups

ALRIONI uses digital file-transfer and storage services to receive, process and deliver project materials. Clients are responsible for keeping their own secure copies of original photographs and source files.

ALRIONI is a professional post-production service provider and does not provide permanent archival storage unless a separate storage service has been expressly agreed.

Project source files, working files and delivered materials are normally retained for up to 30 days after final delivery to support reasonable revisions and resolve delivery-related issues.

A different retention period may apply where:

  • Extended storage has been agreed in writing.
  • A dispute or unresolved project issue requires temporary retention.
  • Applicable law requires information to be retained.
  • Technical backup systems require a limited additional deletion cycle.

After the applicable retention period, files may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable. Any optional paid long-term storage service will be governed by separately agreed conditions, including storage duration, pricing, access and deletion procedures.

Personal information associated with project files is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Our website

The content of the ALRIONI website, including its original text, branding, visual design, graphics and other materials, belongs to ALRIONI LLC or is used under appropriate permission or licence. Visitors may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business purposes related to our services.

Unless authorised, visitors must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or misrepresent protected website content. Photographs displayed as portfolio examples, before-and-after comparisons or service illustrations remain subject to the rights of their respective copyright owners. Where third-party materials appear on the website, their inclusion does not imply that ALRIONI owns the underlying copyright.

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, we may modify service descriptions, displayed prices, technical features and website content. Changes to website information do not automatically change the terms of orders that have already been accepted.

The availability of specific website features, including client accounts, galleries or automated functions, may vary during development and deployment.

12. Liability

ALRIONI undertakes to provide its services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the agreed project requirements. The Client acknowledges that retouching involves creative and technical judgement. Differences in aesthetic preference do not automatically constitute a failure to perform the agreed services.

We are responsible for addressing material deficiencies in our work in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, ALRIONI is not responsible for losses caused solely by:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate or misleading instructions supplied by the Client.
  • Defects or limitations already present in the original image files.
  • Unauthorised use of materials supplied by the Client.
  • Problems with third-party systems outside our reasonable control that we could not reasonably prevent.
  • The Client's failure to retain backup copies of their original files.

For business-to-business transactions, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, ALRIONI's aggregate contractual liability arising from an individual order is limited to the amount paid or payable for that order.

Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to a particular Client or transaction.

The parties agree to seek an amicable resolution of disagreements through good-faith communication before initiating formal proceedings, where reasonably practicable.

For business-to-business disputes, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the competent courts of Georgia.

Where the Client qualifies as a consumer, these Terms do not deprive the Client of mandatory legal protections or access to courts and remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

Any provision that is unenforceable under applicable law will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, without invalidating the remaining provisions.

14. Changes to these Terms

ALRIONI may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business practices, payment arrangements or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Unless otherwise lawfully agreed, changes will apply to new orders accepted after the updated Terms take effect. Orders already confirmed will remain subject to the Terms and specific commercial conditions agreed when those orders were accepted.

Material changes affecting an ongoing order require appropriate agreement where required by law.
